Subject: proposed regulation fd

after 32 years in the securities industry, i believe that the interests 
of my clients are best served with full and timely disclosure to 
everybody, and not to a limited number of privilidged analysts. the 
practice of corporations making selective disclosure of material 
information to "friendly" ears needs to
