Date: 05/18/2000 8:21 PM Subject: Freedom of information Dear SEC Person, Corporate information affecting shareholders should be freely distributed to any and all concerned parties on an equal basis. The only reason Wall Street wants a monopoly on this information (that is not theirs to begin with) is that they use it to make money. It is not their information to own! Please do the right thing for freedom of information and the individual investor. I think the information should be made available on the SEC Internet site to everyone at once. Thank you very much for seriously considering my request for true freedom of information. Sincerely, Phil Gardner Kelso, WA
