Subject: Proposed Regulation FD (Fair Disclosure) 

I am in complete support of Proposed Regulation FD (Fair Disclosure). I 
have to depend on public sources for my information. Why should only 
specific analysts receive this information? The SIA feels this might be 
"chilling." Rules against insider trading are also "chilling." Regulation 
FD should be implemented. Selective disclosure creates an unfair situation, 
where individuals cannot obtain the same information at the same time a big 
investor can.
