Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

Good day,
     
I just wanted to let you know that, as a member of the unwashed public, 
I stand in firm support of your efforts with Proposed Regulation FD.  I 
have a strong suspicion vis-a-vis the entire brokerage industry and 
inside information.  I wouldn't mind seeing you take a whack at the 
whole idea of Market Makers, a la the NASDAQ exchange, either.
     
Thank you sincerely for your efforts to open the flow of corporate 
material information and level the playing field between the average 
investor and the investment industry.
