Subject: Selective Disclosure & Insider Trading

It seems to me in this day & age of information technology that everyone should 
be privy to any information available.  Would it not be an oxymoron to have all 
this developing technology and then say we couldn't deliver it or make it 
accessible to everyone.  I think you are on the right track with Proposed 
Regulation Fair Disclosure.  Are brokerages afraid to work? What argument could 
they rationally make?  I think they don't want the gap between the "haves" & 
"have not" to shrink.  At least it sounds like they don't want to share the keys
to the car...when it's everyone's car.
