Subject: "Proposed Regulation FD"

It is long past time small invetors like myself have the same right to know 
about the announcements of earnings by corporations and companies as the 
analysts on Wall Street do.  
The SEC needs to level the playing field for all of us and give us the same 
opportunities the analysts have.  Please make it fair for all of us, not just
