Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

I am strongly in favor of new rules prohibiting selective disclosure. 
the functioning of equities markets require that participants be equal 
in the flow of information. Otherwise the trust of those who are not the 
recipients of inside information is damaged and may keep investors out 
of the market.
