Date: 08/16/1999 10:10 AM Subject: Proposed Regulation FD Thank you for proposing this. Please fully implement this regulation. Why should companies disclose data to a few favored analysts and not their shareholders? Companies are in business to make ME happy, and the rest of the co-ownersip. If they don't invite me to the soiree, then they stamp me with indelible ink "SECOND CLASS CITIZEN" I'll be damned if I'm second class. I may never use the new regulation to listen in to a conference call, but someone will that I trust. Information that management has will disperse into the public much more rapidly, making the market more fair by more equitably distributing data. This is my hope.
