Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

As an investor who spends a considerable amount of time and effort tracking 
companies to purchase, I resent playing with a "stacked deck" which affords 
institutions and brokerages the "inside scoop" before it becomes public 
information.  This is another money pipeline to the Wall Street privileged.
