Subject: Suupport proposed regulation FD (fair disclosure) 

I strongly support the proposed SEC regulation for fair disclosure.  This is 
about an issue of fairness which I feel very stronly about.  Chairman Levitt 
should be commended for his proposal which will allow owner-investors of public 
corporations to have equal access to timely information.
