Subject: Regulation FD (Fair Disclosure)

Dear Sir or Madam:
     
I am writing to applaud the SEC's proposed Regulation FD (Fair 
Disclosure)! It's high time selective disclosure be strictly forbidden. 
I am an individual investor who has often been frustrated when material 
company information is disclosed by management to their "pet" analysts, 
well the general public is informed. That is nothing but 
management-supported insider trading.
