        A simple vote from a simple American:
     
        I would urge you, if you are in a position to do so, to move on Fair
Disclosure rules whatever they be.  To allow public company information to 
be used by a select few is like creating a national park for minorities 
only.  It is simply un-American.  Please mandate that public company 
information be made public.
