Subject: "Proposed Regulation FD" 

I believe full disclosure by companies of investor important information is 
essential to a fair market place.  No one should get preferential treatment 
and the opportunity to "get on board" before the general public even hears 
about the information.  Why not give the little guy an even shot at the 
opportunity.  SO, I hope you will implement the disclosure ruling, SOON!
