To whom it may concern:
     
I wish to comment on "Proposed Regulation FD".
     
Equal oppurtunity is what this country is about and your new rules concerning 
selective disclosure will allow me the private investor that oppurtunity. Right 
on SEC!
     
Let's make America more competitive, let's stamp out the corruption!
