Subject: Financial disclosure proposal
 
I am of the opinion that simple ethics should have been enough 
motivation to have dictated a regulation, such as the proposed, be 
included in the original investment acts of 1933 & 1934.(Better late 
than never) I applaud Mr. Levitt's attempts to level the playing field, 
particularly, for the individual investor such as I.   H.Bedford
