Subject: proposed regulation FD

Glad to hear you're considering changing the rules concerning information 
disclosure.I've always felt the information shared with brokers (or 
traders)by principals of companies is second only to insider trading if 
related to the disadvantage it serves to the general public investor. The 
syndicated article "The Motley Fool" brought this proposed change to light 
in the recent article. Thanks TMF and SEC for thinking about the public.
