Subject: Regulation FD

Dear Sirs,
     
    I am newly retired funeral director who now relies entirely on my invested
savings for my income.  My wife and I are constantly frustrated to watch a stock
jump  or drop in price just before we learn the next day or tow from our broker 
or CNNFN that a significant event has affected the company's stock.
     
        The prevailence of secret information to a select few is appalling and a
scandal on the stock markets.  Please take the necessary steps to assure that 
ALL information released is done in the sunshine of the light of day, to the 
public and the media at all times.
     
      Our financial futures are depending on your good judgement as is the
integrety of the markets.  Thank you.
