Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

Just a note to let you know that I am in favor of public disclosure of 
information and NOT selective disclosure.
Selective disclosure undermines the markets and ensures superiority of a select 
and non-deserving group of 
institutional investors who already command too much control and profit from the
market.
Again, bravo to you for levelling the playing field!
