Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

I support the proposed "Fair Disclosure" rule currently being reviewed. 
I only wish it went farther. Selective disclosure by "public" companies 
to Wall Street "insiders" should not just be discouraged, it should be 
illegal. There doesn't appear to be any enforcement mechanism in the 
propsed regulation.
