Subject: Proposed Regulation FD
 
We applaud SEC Chairman Levitt's proposal to eliminate selective disclosure 
to Wall St. analysts by companies .  The stock market is a public market to 
which all citizens should have an equal opportunity in which to participate, 
including participation in company news.   Why should one aspect of the 
financial markets be given an advantage?  That is not right nor is it fair 
play, a concept that the United States has championed for the last 225 yrs.
     
Please eliminate selective disclosure of company information.
