In reference to the above proposal of the SEC to shorten the filing 
deadlines for 10-K and 10-Q reporting, please be advised that I feel 
this would place an undue burden on companies, particularly small 
companies with limited resources such as our company.
     
Our accounting staff is quite strained now during the 45 day time frame 
they have now to prepare the 10-Q.  Shorten this time frame can only 
result in increasing the potential for reporting errors and 
inaccuracies.
     
I trust that you will consider my comments and leave the current time 
frame for reporting intact.
