Ladies and Gentlemen: 

I am writing on behalf of A.G. Edwards Trust Company FSB to request an extension of the 
comment period for proposed Regulation B.  The current deadline of August 2, 2004 does
not permit us adequate time to review, analyze, and comment on the proposed regulation.  
Consequently, we respectfully request that the comment period be extended to 
August 30, 2004, sixty days from the date the proposed rule was published in the Federal 
Register.
