Selective Disclosure is a must change by the SEC.  Let's really do something 
to build investor confidence by re-    quiring funds to report monthly with a 
30 day lag.  Forget the six-month or quarterly reporting it's to much time and 
allows peeking, narrow the time span and create a level playing field.  Janus 
Funds is apparently going to do this soon on their own, make it mandatory for
