I encourage the SEC to maintain its current rules regarding the rights 
of shareholders to question and discuss corporate policies. The proposed 
changes in the above file would erode shareholders' rights, reduce the 
opportunity for democratic participation, and once again favor big 
business at the expense of ordinary individuals. Thank you.
