I am strongly opposed to your proposed changes in shareholder 
rights.  Today it takes millions of dollars to be heard in the 
shareholder world, if you implement these changes it will take 
at least a billion dollars of investment before I can propose an 
initiative.  You will turn the small investor into an irrelevant 
voice when it comes to changing corporate policy.
     
You can reverse the terrible "Cracker Barrel" decision without 
making any other changes, please do this.
