It seems to me that the current regulations allowing for minority 
stock-holder resolutions is a good one. I seldom vote in favor of such 
resolutions, myself, usually heeding the corporations' rebuttals. However, on 
one or two occasions, I have been swayed by a resolution and welcomed the 
opportunity to "send a message" to management. The current procedures, 
requiring increasing support each year, seem quite enlightened.
