This comment is in regards to naked short selling.  As a young independent 
investor just now heavily getting into the markets, I can not believe that 
naked short selling even exists!  Just imagine all of the potential jobs 
being lost by companies that are improving but continue to see their stock 
go down while a few rich brokerage companies take advantage of something 
that shouldn't even be available.  I realize the purpose of short selling 
in general, but if I am going to borrow $1000 from the bank at 5% interest 
to loan to someone at 10% interest... I am actually going to have to give 
that someone the $1000.... why should it be any different with stocks?
