I also trade through one of the impacted Brokers. I certainly hope the Commission can establish rules and regulations that prevent individuals or firms from manipulating the system through naked short selling to their own benefit and to the small investors detriment. I believe regulations should be clear enough, yet only extensive enough to prevent flagrant abuse. We do not need a regulatory process that prevents the free use of capital in the investment process and burdens us all with unreasonable paperwork and cost. I believe the Commission should consider the cost/benefit ratio of any regulations. Thank you for considering my comments. Gordon Anderson 185 Boyd Road Mossyrock, WA 98564
