I hope that Reg SHO is enacted soon.  As an individual investor, I can not 
purchase any OTCBB stocks until I have assurance that the 'market' is not 
corrupt. Given that Universal Express (USXP) has already proven in court 
that the 'naked shorting' problem exists, Reg SHO should be implemented 
as soon as possible.
