From: Bob Zaborowski Date: Monday, January 5, 2004 8:08 AM To: comments@sec.gov Subject: File No. S7-23-03 - SHO Comment from Bob Zaborowski I beieve I have lost up to $100,000 over the past 4 years of active trading due to irregularities and mishandling of trades, which seem to be illegal, if not just plain unfair. I have traded frequently via E*Trade and can document trade inquiries that left me mad and baffled. All of my attempts have been denied even in the light of sensible evidence and printed documentation. I would like the Naked shorting Issue to be monitored through new legislation utilizing today's advanced database and electronic resources. This would be really easy to do. I also would like trading on OTCBB and the Market Makers who post bid/ask be accurate, honest, within seconds timing and to be able to provide full disclosure of trading activity to be recorded just as many financial institutions can and do record eschange activity. We are living the the new millenium and this crude and antiquated system we have has casued me thousands of my hard earned money. Yet I do not thave the resources nor the authority to investigate futher but if asked I would volunteer my time to assist in the organization of this new process to make all accountable for their activity. Sincerely, Bob Zaborowski 61 Hill Road Ivyland, PA 18974 215-364-4755
