Subject: Comments on the "sec signing rule"

The rule is grandstanding, a waste of time and press space.
The SEC rule will encourage corporations to incorporate outside the US,
draining us of tax dollars etc.   I forsee corporate spinoffs incorporated
outside the US which will exempt the spinoff and get the corporate earnings
below the reportable limit.
Perhaps the SEC needs to point the finger at themselves for
reform....afterall they weren't watching Enron's backdoor.
