Subject: board accountability (s7-19-03)
Hello:

I'm writing to express my personal support for the notion of giving 
shareholders increased ability to nominate candidates for the board of 
directors.  The ongoing scandals of recent years suggest to me a need 
for greater accountabilty to shareholders and less fraternization between 
boards and managent.  I lost about a half million dollars due to this 
kind of corruption and I'm mad as hell about it.  Where was the sec?
