Dear sir

With regard to shareholder nomination of directors. The Percentage of votes
needed to propose directors should be depentent on the size of the company. A
self adjusting scale should be use taking into account the mean, median and
standard deviation in the market capitalization of the of listed companies at he
sec. with larger companies requireing a smaller percentage and small compnanies
a larger one.
