File no. S7-09-04From: Edwards, Thomas [TEdwards@milbergweiss.com] Sent: Tuesday, June 22, 2004 2:38 PM To: rule-comments@sec.gov Subject: File no. S7-09-04 As an investor, I would urge the SEC to evaluate or consider a rule stating that 12b-1 fees be identical for all share classes. It seems to me that no fund family markets a particular class of funds, but instead they market the fund or the fund family. There seems to be no rationale for charging over 1% for a B share and a half percent or less for an A share.
