Dear SEC:

Just a note to ask you to please leave the 12b-1 fees alone.  Reps in the field
work really hard to get the business we do get.  Most starve for years before
business  builds up enough to support a family.  I starved for about 16 years.
Free enterprise.

Please defend our freedoms.
