If you want to eliminate ongoing financial advice then: I suggest that you recommend the Post-Man be responsible for holding the hands of the investor. There would be no fee, and the advice would be FIRST CLASS. The registered representative plays a valuable role in advising a client first and ongoing. The registered representative is entitled to compensation for service. The client needs ongoing competent advice and someone to talk to. If the representative is constantly seeking new business, and has no concern for service after the sale…the customer loses.
