To Whom It May Concern,
Hello, I read an article in The Thur. Feb. 12 ,2004 edition of The Miami Herald newspaper on SEC : Ban Incetive Pay. I have the following comments. 1 2 times I bought stocks/mutual funds thru stockbrokers that I felt after the fact They had steered Me to these particular stocks because of the incentives / commissions that They would receive when I bought them.
2 I agree that Mutual Fund Cos. AND Stock cos. BE BARRED FROM PAYING INCENTIVES TO BROKERS Imagine IF WHEN ANYONE THAT PURCHASED ANY ITEMS THAT REFFERED A BUYER TO THAT PRODUCT / STORE ECT...THEY would get a commission LIKE BROKERS NOW DO ....WHAT THE COST OF ALL PRODUCTS/MERCHANDISE WOULD BE ?????? 3 Directed Brokerage SHOULD ALSO BE STOPPED.4 Funds SHOULD ALSO REPORT QUARTERLY INSEAD OF BI-YEARLY.
5 SINCE RIGHT BEFORE THE LAST BLACK MONDAY-COLLAPSE OF THE STOCK MARKET .... I SOLD ALL MY HOLDINGS ,OF STOCKS / MUTUAL FUNDS , IRAS, ECT... I AND A LOT OF MY FRIENDS AND CO-WORKERS all baby boomers HAVE DONE THE SAME AND PLAN NOT TO ENTER THE MARKET AGAIN FOR WE FEEL THE MARKET IS BIAS MANIPULATED BY LARGE MUTUAL FUND CO. / INVESTORS AND NOT BEING WATCHED CLOSE ENOUGH BY THE S.E.C. or ENFORCED PROPERLY ... The Large Corrupt Manipulators , CHEATS, LIARS,
WHEN THEY DO GET CAUGHT DOING SOMETHING IMPROPER, OR GET THESE HUNDREDS OF MILLION PAYDAYS ON THE BACKS OF HARD WORKING INVESTORS ALL NEED TO BE PUT IN JAIL NOT BE PUT ON PROBATION OR WORK OUT A DEAL
Good Luck In Bringing Back Confidence of the investors You Need It ....
A PAST Believer, BUT A BELIEVER NO MORE
