I have reviewed the proposed forms and approve. I will find them useful and I believe that new investors will especially benefit from this information.
I have not read the entire proposed ruling although I tried.
I would anticipate that the broker/dealers will complain about the cost of these notifications. I ask that the SEC not allow the costs to be passed along to consumers.
