After 7 years they were suppose to convert to A shares. In 1997 they instigated a new policy that those shares wouldn't convert until 10 years from the 1997 new policy date. Other issues I have w/MSDW is that when I rolled our IRA's over to them the agreement had no exit fees stipulated. As of 3/1/04 the fee goes from a $75 to $90 fee to get out. They started a fee a few years ago and it is steadily increasing. I never agreed to a fee at all initially. Then at first it was a small fee and it keeps going up and what does one do?\ Sue Lassig 2739 Prospect St. La Crosse, WI 54603 (608) 781-4684 Smile God Loves You.
