Subject: New Confirmation Disclosure Requirements

Sirs,

   As a significant but "small" investor, I applaud the SEC response 
to the massive Mutual Fund improprieties and proposing New Confirmation 
and Point of Sale etc Disclosure Requirements.

   I would prefer you go even further.

   1)  I don't want to be "taken for a ride" again.

   2)  Without restored trust in Mutual Funds, investors 
   will continue to withdraw and others not buy.  This will 
   drasticily continue to build (tear down) the market and 
   my investments.

   The system is broken.  Fix it !
