Greetings:
Given the extremely short review period you have given on this, I have not had adequate time to review this proposal.
In short, the seemingly onerous nature of the requirements would significantly limit my firms ability to support multiple vendors which would result in DAMAGE to the INVESTING PUBLIC by limiting their choice.
I doubt this is the result The Commission desires; therefore, I respectfully request a time extension so further review can be made regarding this legislation.
