It is my understanding there is a proposal under consideration to add a new disclosure to the process of selling VUL & VA products. I would urge you to reconsider. Any duplication (which this would be) would do nothing more than confuse the consumer. A better solution would be to redesign the prospectus to reach the same goal or no change at all. Please, lets remember KISS (Keep It Super Simple) for the sake of the consumer.
