The changes are helpful in explaining the fees etc. It seems like there should be somewhere 
that indicates annual fees if there are such fees associated with the disclosures. Also, 
what good does it do having them indicate that 'yes' they do have a 'conflict of interest', 
without disclosing how much of a conflict....
