Dear SEC -
I understand that you are currently proposing new rules file#S7-06-04 that may greatly impact my business and how I can best serve my clients. It would be extremely helpful to review the rule revisions so we can adequately understand their pros and cons and be able to voice our concerns to you. Please extend the review period by at least 30 days to make it fair for those of us who are impacted the most by the rule changes.
