Subject: New Confirmation and Point of Sale Disclosure Requirements

We fully support your new disclosure requirement proposals.  Would like 
to emphasize the need for easy comparability across products, i.e., a 
structure common to each and every fund and fund family so that dollar 
costs, averages, etc. are to be found in the same place and same 
format.  Otherwise clever operators will likely fully "disclose" but in 
such a way as to require a sleuth to track down the facts in their 
prospectuses or similar documentation. Perhaps SEC should mandate the 
format so all the companies need do is fill in the blanks.
