I fully support any regulations that will end all conflict-of-interests that Mutual Funds and their brokers may use to gain monetary advantage over the small/medium investors in their Funds. It is unconscionable that the small, individual investor is unwillingly forced to supplement insiders greed. We pay to be involved in MUTUAL investing for ALL - not for the select few --- except the little investor.

In regards to fees and charges investors must pay out of their assets for marketing or other purposes, all of them should be transparent, fully disclosed and in plain English, so one does not need a lawyer to review before one can understand it. Further, any fees or charges should come out of the Funds operating budget and not investor assets.
