New Rules that will require further discloser at the time of sale are not needed. They also will have other ramifications that might not be contimplated. They may also be a restraint of trade, and therefore against the Landrum Griffeth Act.
I am all for doing good business, and I am also for alowing a person to do business in an uninpeded way.
In an effort to stop the crook, you are stoping the good business person also. You are provideing a climate that will force business oversees and at that pointe you will lose all control.
Please do not do an arbitrary and capricios fileing of new rules. Please help business not hinder it.
