Subject: New Confirmation and Point of Sale Disclosure Requirements
I have been licensed for the last 40 years. I have a clean U-4. I have 
been registered as an expert witness for Attorneys with TASA nationally 
since 1991. I have been doing expert witness work for Attorneys. I designed, 
registered and marketed the first public real estate limited partnership 
in 1969. In 1979 I was the first one to "blow the whistle" on Pru/Bache 
and the lousy investments they wanted me to approve. I am in Chapter One 
for doing so in "Serpent On The Rock" published in 1995.
