I sincerely appreciate the opportunity to respond to the SEC request for input and 
comments regarding the proposed changes regarding File No. S7-06-04.  I have 
reviewed the disclosure forms that have been proposed.

I completely approve of a such a program whereby brokers will be required to 
disclose important information to investors who purchase mutual fund shares, UIT 
interests, "529 plan" shares and certain other investments.  

For the first time this will allow the investor to better evaluate the mutual fund, 
UIT interests etc. and make a more intelligent decision regarding its purchase.
