URGENT - CRITICAL ACTION REQUIRED.
I appeal your deadline for comments by April 4th and ask that you extend comment period on SEC Proposal on Point of Sale & Confirmation Disclosures. As an independent broker I feel that your current proposal will be costly and burdensome and limit the number of securities that I can offer my clients. Right now the clients receive more information than they can easily comprehend and this trend to continuously add layers of documentation and paperwork serves no one, but adds to the confusion that the original SEC rules for simplification mandated. Go after the bad guys and leave the ethical brokers alone.
